Q.1 Are you delivering during Coronavirus (Covid-19)?
Nude Ethics independent store is still running during Covid-19. Nude Ethics ethical clothing is based at home and so all items can be shipped, free from contact of others. There are no staff members other than myself, so no one is in harms way. All your support in this time is greatly appreciated.
Due to the coronavirus, Signed delivery has been suspended to avoid any unnecessary contact and may take longer than estimated due to staff shortages. If there are any issues with delivering to your area, I'll remove the shipping option, or be in contact. If Royal Mail is unable to ship to your area, orders that have not been dispatched, will be refunded straight away.
Q.2 Do you have a size guide?
Yes! You can find the size guide on the individual product with its suggested best fit. Nude Ethics currently stocks size XSMALL - 3XLARGE. This is an estimate of sizing as we are all different shapes, yay! Nude Ethics T Shirts are oversized, nice and relaxed fit.
Q.3 Where are Nude Ethics and others brands made?
Well, it's all made ethically of course. Each item has a link or information about the brand and where it's made. Go to 'About' to get to know the brands better.
Q.4 Are out-of-stock items restocked?
If an item is out of stock, I'll aim to get more. (Unless it is a vintage or one of a kind). If I don't plan to get more stock, it will be removed from the website.
Q.5 Do you delivery to my country? How much is delivery?
I currently ship worldwide, and the cost is dependent on Royal Mail’s International Zones. Please note, shipping prices may change to reflect changes in shipping costs. Unfortunately the cost of postage keeps increasing.

Delivery time: Orders placed Monday-Friday are typically dispatched in1-2 business days, unless items are made-to-order.
Please note, Nude Ethics isn't responsible for any delays once courier has received your parcel. It's only on rare occasions that parcels go missing, but rest assured, any issues will be resolved. I do care!
Q.6 Is your packaging plastic free? Well duh....
Nude Ethics is100% Plastic free! Packaging is made of recycled and recyclable paper and card. Everything can be recycled, from the delivery stickers to the thank you cards. On occasion, I'll try new packaging products, which may include using post-consumer recycled plastic - I tried some post-consumer tape, wasn't for me! Tape is once again made from paper. It's always good though to try recycled plastic time to time - give those recycled pieces a new chance at life. That's kinda what vintage is right?
Q.7 How can I be sure that I’ve made my purchase correctly?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Q.8 Can I amend my delivery address?
You can amend your delivery address before dispatch by emailing me. Once your order has been dispatched, I can’t make any changes to your delivery address and your order will be sent out to you as per your order confirmation.
If the delivery address is incorrect and you don't receive your parcel, Nude Ethics is not responsible for replacing your parcel. Please make sure your address is correct.
Q.9 Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If the order hasn’t dispatched then the order can be cancelled. In this instance, respond to the email confirmation for your order. You will receive another email if your order has been already dispatched.
Q.10 What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty item or wrong item, please respond to your order email.
Please note, I only accept refunds for faulty goods within 14 days of expected delivery date.
Q.11 Can I return an item?
Full priced t shirts, jumpers & other branded items can be returned. Underwear and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Sale items and Vintage cannot be returned. If you wish to return an unwanted item, respond to the email confirmation for your order. You have 14 days from receiving your item. Refunds won't take place until I receive your item back in its original unworn condition.
If you paid for an item using an eGift card, you cannot receive a refund in any other way than a personalised coupon code. I do not have an option to refund this payment option.
Please note: shipping costs of returned items, including items for exchange, are at the buyer's expense and will not be refunded. Shipping costs will also not be refunded for uncollected items.
If the item had a tag on it, it must still be attached. If the item may appear worn or stained, the item will be sent back to you, not great for the environment.
Q.12 How long will it take to process a return?
Please allow up to 10 working days for me to receive your items, process your return and confirm your refund amount via email. It may take up 4 weeks for your refund to be returned to you from the date that you post your item/s back to me, and will vary for international returns. It's not that I want to keep your money, honest you can have it back - I just have no control over how banks work - crazy things.
If you’re having any problems returning the item or it has been more than 4 weeks since you sent it, respond to the email confirmation for your order.
Q.13 What happens if I don't receive my item?
Please get in touch so I can check where the parcel is, usually the parcel is just delayed through unforeseen circumstances. If you are outside of the UK, you can check this yourself through the tracking link. I will do what I can to help! If the parcel is lost, if your item is still available, the item will be sent again.
If you are not at the address given to receive the parcel, the courier will give you options on alternative collection, or will try again. International Tracked parcels have the option to manage their shipping through the tracked link. Please note, I cannot help with this. If you can't find your tracking link, send me a message through email@example.com and I will find it for you.
Typically you have 2-3 weeks to re-arrange delivery with the courier or to collect an order from the depot if you are not home. If you have been given options for delivery by the courier and you haven't collected the order, the order will come back to me. In this circumstance, I will email you to let you know I have received your item back. Delivery charges are not refunded for uncollected items or if you have entered the wrong address. If you would like the item sent back to you, you will need to pay for delivery again. This circumstance is rare though.

Q.15 How do eGift cards work?
Nude Ethics finally has eGift cards! Ready for gifting. Add the amount you wish to add to an eGift card here. When paying for this, you'll need to go to the checkout separately, it cannot be bought with other items. Include the name and email of the recipient you would like to send the eGift card to go to. Currently eGift cards are only available as a digital card in an email. Your recipient will have 12 months to use the card. It can be used in full or in part. If the order value in which the recipient is paying for is higher than the balance in the eGift card, the remaining balance can be paid by an alternative way such as Paypal or card. There are no refunds for eGift cards, unfortunately I do not have this option (this isn't my choice). If an order is placed for an item that requires a return, the recipient will be sent a coupon code instead.
QUESTIONS ABOUT WORKING WITH NUDE ETHICS - This is a list of saying no
Q.1 I have a blogger enquiry?
No. Nude Ethics is an independent small store, so I do not have the funds for bloggers. Currently, I am unable to work with blogger enquiries. If you'd like to support my store, you can simply show some love through social media.
Q.2 Do you offer wholesale?
No. Nude Ethics illustrative collection is currently not available for wholesale, it was the dream but it turns out that it won't be in my reality - there's just no time unfortunately.
Q.3 Will Nude Ethics join my marketplace/ app?
No. The Nude Ethics collection is only available on www.nudeethics.com. I will not be stocking my collection on any additional site or online marketplaces. As my store is only run by myself I am not looking to expand to more sites.
Q.4 Are there any job vacancies?
No. Nude Ethics is a side 'project' and so there are no vacancies for the foreseeable future. If a job becomes available, it will be mentioned here and on social media. But don't count on it!
Q.5 Marketing email?
I don't respond to marketing emails as I receive so many, unless it's a rare opportunity that makes sense for Nude Ethics. But, if you think my website needs improving, my CEO isn't up to scratch or you want me to pay for your services, I block these emails, so don't even try it.
